Comprehensive support that ensures a successful IPO

To achieve an IPO, it is necessary to pass the accounting audit by audit firms, the underwriting review by the lead underwriter, and the listing review by the stock exchange. In particular, from the fiscal year two years prior to the listing application throuh the fiscal year immediately preceding to the listing application, IPO preparation tasks are highly concentrated. Therefore, it is necessary to work on these tasks efficiently and effectively under appropriate schedule management.
